1. I usually spend around an hour on the computer every day.

2. The longest amount of time i spent on my computer was probably 4 hours.

3.  Practicing good posture is important for your health, it helps your bones and muscles grow in the proper way.

4.  To keep a good posture you must sit up straight at the computer and stay at eye level with the monitor to limit movement.

5. Some incorrect postures are to sit with your back twisted, to rest your head o your elbow and moving your head repetitively.

6. I always lay on my seat when I’m on my computer to be comfortable and it is a bad habit.

7. I would hope to learn to sit in a good posture just because it is a healthy habit and will benefit you later in life.
